The Tasting Room has a large, mostly all-American wine list, offering over three hundred unusual wines made by small producers from around the USA and around the world. It has been recognized by The Wine Spectator, Time Out New York and The Zagat Guide as a noteworthy list.

The dozen wines served by-the-glass every night change frequently, so guests have the opportunity to try new selections every time they come in.
